Online Sessions

Due to the nature of energy defying time and space, I offer kinesiology sessions virtually from the comfort of your own home.

During our time together, I use my muscle as a surrogate for your energetic body, ensuring you receive the same profound benefits as in-person experience.

I’ll invite you to fully relax in your own space, allowing for a deeper connection to your energetic journey.

You will experience an exploration of what’s emerging within your energy, guided self-massage, and a kinesiology-activated meditation to help clear your breath and facilitate energy flow.

To conclude the session, you’ll receive a personalised ritual script tailored to your unique needs so you can continue to support yourself, your energy and your body as you got through this journey.
